Before you file a property claim

If you’re filing a property claim, you should take immediate steps to protect the property or give first aid to any injured person, then contact us at 1-800-282-1446. You can make temporary fixes to your property, but don’t schedule permanent fixes until an Allied associate has inspected your property.

Before you file a vehicle claim

If you’re filing a vehicle claim, protect yourself by recording:

  • Date and time
  • Location of the incident
  • Names and addresses of any people involved
  • Make, model and license number of any vehicles involved
  • Any injuries
  • Any witnesses or police authority contacted

Roadside Assistance

If you are in an accident or experience car troubles, Roadside Assistance is a valuable coverage to have on your policy. This service offers emergency help such as towing, lockout assistance and jump starts to ensure you’re never stranded on the road.

Emergency Clean-up Service

In the event your car is damaged by water, fire or smoke, we provide contacts for the nearest restoration facility.

Repair Shop Referral

We will provide you with the name and address of the nearest Allied-approved repair shop, and it’s the only estimate you’ll need. Only shops that meet our stringent guidelines qualify to become one of our shops. We’re so confident in the services these shops provide that we’ll guarantee their work.

Vehicle Rental Assistance

If your vehicle becomes undrivable because of a covered loss, we can refer you to a national locator service that can find the nearest rental location.

Towing and Temporary Repairs

To help get you on your way, our customer service representatives can authorize temporary repairs or towing of your disabled vehicle.

Glass Replacement

As part of Allied’s glass service program, we’ve teamed with Safelite Solutions to provide fast, reliable auto glass repair or replacement. When you report a glass claim, you’ll speak directly to an auto glass claims specialist who can help you arrange an appointment convenient for you – whether that be at your home, office or other approved location.

Following this initial call, an Allied claim representative will contact you by phone with an update – within eight business hours in most cases.
